Paid Evaluation
To ensure accurate and meaningful results, follow these guidelines:
- Read Each Question Carefully: Go through each statement and think about your experiences since childbirth.
- Answer Honestly: Base your responses on how you have felt over the past 7–14 days, not just a single bad or good day.
- Use the Rating Scale Provided: Most questions use a scale (e.g., Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Often, Always). Choose the option that best reflects your feelings.
- Consider Both Emotional and Physical Symptoms: Reflect not only on mood but also on sleep, energy, and daily functioning.
- Complete in a Quiet Setting: Take the test when you can focus without interruptions.
- Review Your Responses: Ensure your answers reflect your true experiences, not what you think others expect.
- Interpret Results Responsibly: The test is a screening tool, not a substitute for professional evaluation.
- Seek Help if Needed: If your results indicate possible postpartum depression, or if you experience overwhelming sadness, anxiety, or thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate support from a healthcare provider, counselor, or support group.
